The Conrad Legion Lamb Fry is the third Wednesday in October, November, January, February, March, April. Fry Prep starts at 6PM on the Monday before.
The Lamb Fries are breaded lamb deep fried. French fries, salad, bread, various condiments are included. Lamb Fry lovers from every state around Iowa come regularly for our mouth watering fries!
