Horace Orr Legion Post will be host Friday at 8 p.m. to Babbs Brooks, national field representative for the American Legion.
Brooks, a former Department Commander from Arkansas, is an authority on veterans' affairs, and he will address the membership from Marietta, Smyrna, Austell and Douglasville posts at the Marietta home.
