Newly-elected officers of the Horace Orr Post, American Legion, will be installed at a meeting in the "Y" rooms at 8 o'clock Tuesday night, July 5.
Officers include: A. E. McCleskey, commander; F. E. Davenport, senior vice-commander; H. L. Castile, junior vice-commander; J. C. Stansell, adjutant; W. L. Baker, finance officer; J.P. Brown, service officer; Fred Morris, historian; and Grover C. Fennell, publicity chairman.
At the meeting, reports from delegates attending the state convention in Waycross will be heard. Also, plans and activities for the new year will be outlined.
