GA Post 143 Recognizes Carrollton AFJROTC Cadets

On May 7, 2025, Frank Joswick, representing American Legion Post 143, Deparatment of Georgia, presented an American Legion Military Excellence Certificate with medal to Carrollton High School AFJROTC Cadet 2nd Lt  Ann Haley and the Legion's Scholastic Excellence Certificate with medal to Cadet Major Austin Ennis.
