Post Takes Part In Community Special Olympics

2025 Special Olympics was held at Carrollton High School. The annual opening ceremony officially started the olympics with the parade of schools. The JROTC led the N

ational Anthem with the color guard, and the band kicked off the parade. The parade concluded with lighting and presentation of the torch around the track. Many spectators, as well as plenty of community volunteers, came to the event. A legion member, Rose, and an auxiliary member, Jessica (also volunteered along with her school), came to support the olympians.
