Post 143 Presents Bob Hilliard $1000 Scholarship

American Legion Post 143, Georgia, Commander Ronnie Pate presnted Villa Rica High School Honor Graduate, Addison Orr with the first annual $1000 "Bob Hilliard" Scholarship on April 25, 2023. The Scholarship Review Committee (Frank Joswick, Steve Fuller, Bill Hearnburg, and Randy Purser) reviewed 26 scholarship application packages and selected Addison Orr as the top receipient.
