AL-Carroll Post 143 Honor Guard Makes Flag Retirement Video

Due to the China Virus, The heritage Days program for students in the 5th grade had to be canceled and so was the Flag retirement Ceremony. However, members of the AL Post Honor Guard, with the help of UWG, created a video of the Flag Retirement Ceremony which was filmed at the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park.

The video will now be shown in schools within Carroll County
