Carroll Post 143 Receives National History Competition Award

Carroll Post 143 Commander Joe Harrod presents Historian Bob Hilliary with a Certificate of Distinction award for taking 1st place in the National American Legion 2018-2019 Post Narrative History competition.

A Plaque from National will be presented to the Post during the Georgia Department's Spring conference.
