Carroll Post 143 Commander Presents Awards

American Legion Post 143 Commander Joe Harrod presented various awards during the August 15, 2019 Combined Membership meeting to several legionnaires for exceptional service during the 2018-2019 post year.

The Meritorious Service Award + Gold Watch went to Finance Officer Chuck Feaselman; Both Past commander Don Levans and Publications Committee Chair Bill Hearnburg received the "Legionnaire of the Year Award";

Joe Morgan received a "Certificate of Apprication" and Frank Joswick received a "Certificate of Meritorious Service" award.
