1. The People's Parade will feature the 100th Anniversary of the American Legion. Post 143 will be the Grand Marshal and will include a post float, other Posts will be attending, Military vehicles, local JROTC units and Antique Cars carring legionnaires.

2. Following the Parade, Sounds of Liberty CSO concert will perform at the Carrollton City School complex in the early evening followed by a Fireworks display. The theme for the event will center around the 100th Anniversary of the American Legion.
