Leginnaire Receives Quilt-Of-Honor From State Organization

American Legion Carroll Post 143 Sr. Vice Cmdr. Ron Knowles is the third post legionnaire  to receive the "Quilt Of Honor" for his outstanding minitary service. He was recognized by the Quilt Of Honor Organization from Whitesburg, GA during the June Combined Membership meeting.
