Jr Vice Cmdr Tim Bass and Historian Bob Hilliard represented Post 143 at the Eagle Scout Ceremony honoring Scout Drake Pauley for his "Empty Chair" project at the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park. He was given a legion medal and a certificate for his project design.
