Carroll Post 143 Family Participates in Heritage Days

•       Jr Vice Cmdr, Chuck Stuckey stated that the Heritage Days event held on Sep 27-28 at the Carroll County Ag Center was a very successful event.Over 1800 students, teachers and parents participated this year over a two day period.  The Flag Retirement Ceremony presented by the Post Honor Guard was especially noteworthy.
