WW II Veteran Carlos Fuller Recognized by Members of the Quilts of Honor

Sarah Parrot, Sandy Geho and Sally Smothers of the "Quilts of Valor organization, presented WW II Marine Corps veteran Carlos Fuller with a handsome quilt as well as a certificate recognizing his service. The American Legion Post 143, Carrollton GA was the first post in the state to have one of its veterans receive this recognition.
