Centeral High School AFJROTC Awards

Frank Joswick, representing American Legion Carroll Post 143, presented a Legion Military Achievement medal to Central High School Air Force JROTC Cadet Captain Jerryd Ford and a Scholastic Acheivement medal to Cadet Autumn Higgins (Not Pictured). The Awards were presented at the Carroll County Cultural Arts Center. Bob Hilliard, Children & Youth chair provided the photo's.
