American Legion Carroll Post 143 Host 911/1st Responder Event

Carroll Post 143 hosted a 911/1st Responder Event on Sep 10, 2016 in honor of the 1st Responders that sacrificed all to save others during the tragic day on September, 11, 2001.Commader Wayne Driver presented Awards to the 1st responders representing the City Fire and Police Department, E911 Call Center, Carroll County EMT, Sheriff and Fire Departments.

Special recognition was given 1st Responders throughout Carroll County that died in the line-of-Duty by reading their names aloud and "Striking of the Bell" in their honor.
