CARROLL POST 143 AWARDED 1ST PLACE IN HISTORY COMPETITION

For the second time in a row, Carroll Post 143 received the 1st Place Award in the Georgia American Legion Narrative History Competition. Additionally, the Post received the 1st Place Award in the Post Yearbook Competition. As the first place winner, Post Historian Jim Leak's books were submitted for adjudication at the national level.
