Maria Santos.  She escorted my wife and me to the Det 1, Defence POW/MIA Accounting Agency office which is located behind the American Citizen Services section of the embassy.  There I received the flags, met their Commander and office staff.  The initial contact with ACS was about acquiring 2 flag poles for the post to use for our American and POW/MIA flags.  When we got to their office, I was told that there were 6 flags, poles, and stands, not 5 like originally told.  The DPAA was very courteous and helpful.  They boxed the flags with pole and Eagle topper and the bases and then drove us to the train station to have them sent to Ubon.  They arrive at the train station in Warin the next day and were delivered to the Driving Range.  We received the American, Navy, Marine, Air Force, Army and as an extra bonus, they gave us a POW/MIA flag.  We will have them posted at our meeting in November.  Don't forget the festivities after the meeting.
