Post 1982 Hosts 3rd DEC

Post 1982 hosted the 3rd Department of France DEC on March 23, 2019.  Colonel Pierce, the USAG Ansbach Commander and Command Sergeant Major Philson Tavernier thanked the American Legion members for their continued service.
