Stephen, under your leadership, and supervision, you
brought people together on a holiday weekend to help
you out with your Eagle Scout Project. That in and by
itself is an amazing feat!! Moreover, Rose Cemetery
now has something that was missing for a century. An
American Flag
flying proudly over all the veterans
and others who call Rose their final resting place.
Watching the flag getting hoisted up was simply
amazing and breathtaking for all involved. You not
only accomplished in putting up the American Flag
, you and all your wonderful helpers also installed
the LED lights for both the flag, and the Rose
Cemetery Marker.
You and your team persevered in sinking the massive
post into the ground that houses the LED lights for the
Rose market, and your forward thinking also included
a protective barrier which will hopefully prevent
anything from happening to that light.
We at Post 46 are overwhelmed at how much you and
your team got done today. We are elated to know you,
and to support you and others in Troop 106 Tarpon
Springs with their Eagle Scout Project endeavors.
