FLORIDA WINS THE ARTHUR D. HOUGHTON TROPHY. The Aurthor D. Houghton Sons of The American Legion Trophy, is awarded annually to that Detatchment, which on January 1st of each year, has attained the greatest percentage of increase over the previous year's total enrollment.
A minimum of 200 members the previous year is required for a Detatchment to be eligible.
The Detatchment of FLORIDA with 171.48 percent is declared the winner.

Texas, Connecticut, Georgia and Indiana rounded out the top five.
