At the County meeting at Ridgefield, the Seely Cup for outstanding Community Betterment work was awarded to Frank C. Godfrey Post in recognition of the East Norwalk Mill Pond work accomplished during the past winter by a Community Betterment Committee headed by Comrade Alphonse Canevari.
