Riley S. Hill, a WWI veteran, who helped organize Legion Post 108, Feb 18, 1920, and maintained active membership until his death April 27, 1980. A Notable Member, he served as Post Commander in 1924. In WWI, he served with Company C, 115th Combat Engineers from 1917-19. He also served in the army occupation of Germany with his brother, Kenneth Hill, and with the first Post 108 Commander Reef Egger.
