For the past 4 years the American Legion has hosted the Clovis Memorial Day Golf Tournament to raise funds to support our Valley Veterans. Each year, 100 percent of the proceeds from this tournament are donated to Central Valley Veterans through the VA’s Voluntary Service Programs. In 2017 The American Legion partnered with the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) Post 3225, Clovis Veterans Memorial District and AmVets Post 2011to host this event. We were able to raise $15,000 which has been donated to support various Voluntary Service Programs at the VA. Below is a list of some of the programs and services supported by these donations:
