Application for Post was signed on 17 December, 1929 by National Adjutant James F. Barton and Department Commander R. L. Gordon. There were 16 member's names listed on this document including Joe D. Robinson, brother of namesake Ross Robinson.

The Post Application for Permanent Charter was signed on 17 January, 1938 by National Commander Daniel J. Doherty and Adjutant Frank E. Samuel, and Department Commander Bob Sisson and Adjutant Bert Presson. This document listed 18 members including Charles W. Robinson, brother of namesake Ross Robinson.
