Our Post Adjutant and Department of Arizona-Vice Commander for Area "B", Dan Palmer had the honors of opening the Fall Conference ceremony in the absence of the Department Commander, accepting the second place membership certificate for 2015-2016 where Post 144 ended the year at 211% in membership, and then he addressed the DEC after the closing of the Fall Conference ceremony.
