At the Department Convention in June 2015, Department Commander Andy Jaime put his final signature to the Post #144 Charter in front of the entire state of Arizona attendees. Also in the attached picture is the then District 11 Commander Dan Palmer and Post #144 Commander Stan Kobojek.
