In Sitka during Alaska Day Celebrations, it is difficult for those participating to stop and enjoy. Post 13
invited both the Seattle Firefighters Pipes and Drums and the 11th Airborne Army Band for dinner. Both
units got to fellowship with each other and with veterans. The highlight of the night was on departure,
the Pipes performed for the Army band and left while playing “The Army Goes Rolling Along”!
