About This Post

What Makes this Post Unique

The Triple Nickel was chartered April 24, 1964. Due to years of dwindling membership Post 555 was in the process of turning in its charter. In 2018, a few veterans came together to give the post one last push. The Triple Nickel elected a new Post Commander, filled all of the vacant officer positions, found a new meeting place at a local bowling alley,  and more than doubled its membership. Post 555 is running strong again and proudly serving the Sheboygan community. With new, younger, members coming on board, the existing membership is also becoming active again. Working together they are becoming a respected asset to the community once again.  The Triple Nickel is made up of highly motivated veterans who are actively looking to serve their community and are proud to be a part of the American Legion family.
