Memorial Hall Dedication

Oct 31, 1921

The American Legion Smith-Reynolds Post 14 dedicates its new building on East 13th street between Broadway and C Street in Vancouver, Washington. The Elks put on the program. They estimated between 3,000 and 4,000 people attended. Memorial Hall was used as a community center, meeting hall and swimming pool for the residents of Vancouver.
