Florida American Legion Riders observe POW/MIA Recognition Day

More than 200 American Legion Riders gathered in Jacksonville, Fla., for POW/MIA Recognition Day. After the Seven Bridges ride, they gathered at the POW/MIA Memorial for a ceremony featuring guest speaker Meghan Wagoner, the daughter of Navy pilot Scott Speicher, who was shot down during the Gulf War and was missing for 18 years before his body was recovered.
