On August 18, 1919 the National Executive Committee of the American Legion granted a charter to Lehi Utah Post 19.

With the following Charter Members:  Leo W. Goates, B. W. Gray, Floyd W. Goates, J. Arno Kirkham, Austin Godmundsen,

Fred G. Wanlass, Thomas Power, Lesley Goates, Harold Chran, Thomas W. Jones, Hamilton Gardner, D.J. Bateman, 

Wm. Rayner Goates, Herman Goates, Reid H. Gardner, Elijah Goates, Ray Goates.

Members of Post 19 and ALR Chapter 19 along with 2015 Miss Lehi place wreaths at the Military Memorial located at the enterance to the Lehi Cemetary.  Post Commander Quin Alred and ALR Chapter Director John Shepherd oversaw this event.
