When Denise Rohan was elected as the first female National Commander she completed an all women chain from ERIECO to National. The women in that chain are: Karen Patch, Commander of ERIECO; Suzanne Quirk, Erie County Commaner; Kathy Kindle, 8th District Commander; Rena Nessler, 1st female Department of New York Commander and Denise Rohan, National Commander.
