Our beautiful Post is located on the banks of the Metedeconk River, a tributary of Barnegat Bay, which leads ultimately to the Atlantic Ocean. Million dollar views are afforded to visitors from our shaded grounds or while enjoying a beverage at the TIKI bar. Unfortunately all this ambience came at a cost.Superstorm Sandy visited us on October 29th, 2012 and flooded the Post causing substantial damage. Our members, under the direction of Commander Skip Amundson, attacked the devastation and our Post, now entirely renovated is thriving once more with over 1500 Legionnaires and Legion Family members.
