What Makes this Post Unique
First post chartered in Nevada.Early accomplishments: State baseball champions 1932,1951,1952,Runner up 1950,1955. Area Drum and Bugle champion 1934. Boy Scout troop 1, camporee champion 1926. Post has had an active boyscout troop most years,since chartered. Presently- we support 10-15 boys for Boy's State each year. We have an active Boy Scout troop and an active Legion Rider program.We work closely with the Veterans Administration Special Housing to assist getting homeless Veterans off the streets and taken care of until they get on their lives back on track.
