On or about 20th of January 1941, Commrades Ralph Furnham and Alfred Lennon applied and were granted an interview Paul Kougran, 5th District Commander, in his office. The object of the inrerview was to secure permussion of a new postin the family of the 5th District. The interview was also attended by F. W. (Ted) Ames, District Adjutant whose support inthe undertaking was also solictited.
After convincing Commander Kougran of the seriousness of the
