All local world war II veterans. The Post chartered with 29 members. We held the first meeting
on September 22,1919 in the city hall. Today we're surviving with Viet Nam Veterans. This past year we buried our last World War II Veteran Wilfred Yetzer age 96 years.
What Makes this Post Unique
The organizationl meeting was September 1, 1919. Application for Post charter was September 8, 1919. Today the post location is in the Trinity Luthern School that was built in the early 1900's. Three local veterans bought the building in 1985 and renoivated it to house a club room with kitchen, office and bar area.
