Terry Branstad was governor when our new building was dedicated Aug 3, 1990. He came and broke ground with the first shovel of dirt Oct 5, 1989. 25 years later Terry Branstadt is once again governor when we celebrated the 25th anniversary of our building in Aug 2015.
