The 2016-2017 Stevens-Chute Post 4 High School Oratorical contest was held on January 31, 2017. The contest was held at Summit High School in Bend. Danielle Axten won the contest. Danielle is a Senior at Summit High School. Additionally, Danielle is the 2016-2017 District 5 winner. Danielle will compete at the Department of Oregon's Area 4 contest at American Legion Post 19 in The Dalles, Oregon February 11, 2017.
