Post 4 Application into the American Legion

In July 8, 1919, military veterans in Bend, Oregon applied for their temporary charter into the American Legion. The American Legion post in Bend would be originally named Percy A. Stevens Post 4. Thank you to the American Legion National Headquarters for a copy of the application into the American Legion.

In November 1920, Post 4 applied for its permanent charter. The members of Percy A. Stevens Post 4 submitted the paperwork.
