Dan Chandler making a shadow box presentation to Post # 187 member Frank Jarrell at the Grace Baptist Temple in St. Albans, West Virginia on a sunday morning during a Veterans Day Service. Frank Jarrell was from Boone County, WV and was wounded in 1944 on the same battlefield that his dad had fought on in WWI. Frank lost his left arm but never considered himself to be handicapped. He was an outstanding soldier for his country and lived his faith daily. He passed in June of 2010 at the age of 84.
