Retired C-130 Aircraft Loadmaster , WV State Command Chief, Past Post # 187 Commander Dan Chandler was the guest speaker at a Carbide Retirees Luncheon at the Sleepy Hollow Golf Course on 22 March 2012. Chandler talked about his world-wide travels as a C-130 aircrew member and the history of the West Virginia Air National Guard.
