L-R, Arnie Harrison, Bill Lambert, Dave Boyles, Joyce Cutlip, and Dan Chandler. All five of these individuals have something in common, they all spent many years at the 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston, West Virginia. Arnie Harrison joined the WV ANG in 1964, and retired in 2004, Bill Lambert was a C-130 Aircraft loadmaster for 20 years at the 130th after serving 5 years in the USAF, Dave Boyles of Hurricane was in the USAF four years, came home and became a C-130 Aircraft loadmaster in 1981 and is currently the Chief Loadmaster at the 130th, Joyce Cutlip was an outstanding Civil Service employee with the Air National Guard for over 40 years and Dan Chandler enlisted into the 130th Airlift Wing in 1971 after four years in the USAF and retired as State Command Chief of the West Virginia Air National Guard in 2005. These individuals together served over 185 years of service combined.
