On February 13th, 2016 a group of dedicated Veterans provided military honors to those that have not received their honors. The Peninsula Veterans Color and Honor Guard (PVCHG) is made up with members from The American Legion Posts 236 Gig Harbor, Post 109 Silverdale, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1854 Gig Harbor, and several other VFW Post throughout the area.
