Taiwan donates masks to American Legion

American Legion National Commander James W. "Bill" Oxford accepted a donation of 250,000 masks from Ambassador Bi-khim Hsiao, Taiwan’s representative to the United States during a ceremony at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) in Washington, D.C.
