2014 Department of Colorado state convention in Lamar ,CO. Robb Smith Post 2000 and Tony DuMosch Post 15 were awarded for making over 100% membership in their Post by Department Commander Carol Kennedy in the Middle. Both these Post are in Loveland, CO population 60,000. When Post 2000 was created by Tony and Robb it was said time after time one or the other would suffer or not make membership. In fact for the past 3 years both post have made 100% or better.
Side note: When Post 2000 was created it was started with virgin members, meaning all 15 new members did not belong the any organization previously to include VFW, Marine Corps League, or
DAV.
