Dan Chandler was guest speaker for the POW/MIA Day Recognition Luncheon at the Veterans Center in Huntington West Virginia on 19 Sep 2008. Chandler gave a power point presentation to over 75 former POW's and their family members. Chandler was accompained by Gary Lane, former VA Director of Affairs, and Jim Kinzer.
