Dan Chandler presents Gary Lane a Certificate for 35 years service in the American Legion. Lane graduated St. Albans High School in 1963, attended College for two years then joined the USAF with Chandler. Lane was assigned to McCord AFB, Washington as a C-141 Aircraft Crewchief and flew in and out of Vietnam and all over the world. He died in July 2011 at the age of 67 from effects of Agent Orange. He was an All-American and served on the post honor guard until he could no longer walk.
