The following officers were elected to serve the post for the year 1931:
Commander--Guy Cramer
1st Vice Commander--Bruce Cramer
2nd Vice Commander--Sydney Zullinger
Adjutant--Howard Crownover
Finance Officer--Walter Moorehead
Historian--George McCollough
Chaplain--Rev. W.H. Galbreath
The post purchased the building on West King St, their first property, and started removing partitions to make it into a meeting room and headquarters. Remodeling was done under the supervision of Comrade Sid Zullinger.
