On December 19, 2016, Devan Simpkins obtained the high honor of Eagle Scout. Devan received this honor at First Presbyterian Church. Devan's Eagle Scout project was to document U.S. Flag retirement. Stevens-Chute Post 4 Commander William Chan and Adjutant Lara Chan were in attendance at the event.
